ZF-501AB型多(duō)功能紫外透(tòu)射儀是我(wǒ)廠(chǎng)在(zài)征集(jí)了(liǎo)廣大(dà)用(yòng)戶建議，總結了我廠(chǎng)多(duō)年來製(zhì)造這(zhè)方(fāng)麵(miàn)儀器的經驗，參照(zhào)了(liǎo)國外同類(lèi)儀器的優點，會(huì)同有(yǒu)關專(zhuān)家精心設計(jì)製造(zào)的新(xīn)一代實驗(yàn)分析儀器，它的(dí)研(yán)製成功，為我國的(dí)現代科學研究，提(tí)供了(liǎo)又一種新(xīn)的(dí)工(gōng)具(jù)。

，兩側(cè)各安(ān)裝了254nm和365nm的紫外(wài)光源(yuán)，並(bìng)在一側安裝了可(kě)見光源，透(tòu)射(shè)紫外(wài)光(guāng)源采有310nm紫外光源，燈管(guǎn)采(cǎi)用緊(jǐn)密(mì)排(pái)列，儀(yí)器可另外配備攝(shè)影(yǐng)照(zhào)相裝置。
經(jīng)過有(yǒu)關(guān)部(bù)門使用後鑒(jiàn)定，**為：該(gāi)儀(yí)器不但(dàn)可以用可(kě)見光源對(duì)一(yī)班(bān)的資料(liào)圖片進行反拍，由有兩側(cè)都有(yǒu)紫外光(guāng)源，在(zài)使用(yòng)兩(liǎng)側(cè)紫外光源時(shí)，被檢(jiǎn)物(wù)質(zhì)的清晰度可(kě)大大(dà)提(tí)高，在(zài)使用透(tòu)射(shè)紫外(wài)光源對DNA和(hé)RNA的條帶進(jìn)行觀察(chá)和拍(pāi)攝時，因為(wéi)采用(yòng)了(liǎo)各(gè)種(zhǒng)波(bō)長(cháng)紫(zǐ)外光(guāng)和(hé)緊密(mì)形排(pái)列(liè)安(ān)裝(zhuāng)新工藝，所以其清(qīng)晰度可(kě)接近國(guó)外(wài)同(tóng)類(lèi)儀(yí)器的(dí)水平(píng)，並排(pái)除了(liǎo)在照(zhào)相(xiāng)底片(piàn)上出(chū)現燈管陰(yīn)影(yǐng)的現象(xiàng)，確有多(duō)種(zhǒng)用(yòng)途和(hé)多(duō)種功能的實驗分(fēn)析(xī)儀器。
的(dí)技術(shù)規範和注意(yì)事(shì)項：
儀(yí)器底部為(wéi)透射(shè)式的(dí)可見(jiàn)光源和310中(zhōng)波(bō)紫外(wài)光源另(lìng)可按用(yòng)戶(hù)需要配365nm或254nm，紫外(wài)光源(yuán)，用於蛋白類凝膠泳(yǒng)區帶(dài)和核酸凝(níng)膠電泳(yǒng)區(qū)帶(dài)的檢(jiǎn)測和攝(shè)影(yǐng)。

　　ZF-501AB Type Multi-function Ultraviolet Ray Transmitting Apparatus has been set ultraviolet ray source of 254nm and 365nm at each side,and perceptible light at one side. The transmitting Ultraviolet Ray source applies with 310nm Ultraviolet Ray source. The light pipes are put in tight order.The apparatus could be allocated with photographic apparatus.
